Pet Reunification Investigator (Volunteer)

  • Conduct primary and secondary research using social media, shelter databases, and community platforms to identify potential lost-and-found pet matches.

  • Analyze information from multiple sources to uncover patterns, validate findings, and support pet reunification efforts.

  • Contribute to data-driven efforts that help reduce shelter intake and support animal welfare initiatives.

Consulting Practicum

May - December 2024

Sun Theatre, MSMRA

  • Proposal Development: defined research objectives, designed a questionnaire, selected appropriate methodologies, identified target audience, developed a sampling plan, prepared a budget, and a mockup report. 

  • Data Collection and Analysis: utilized secondary research, implemented a survey through aytm with 400 respondents, and facilitated focus groups. Analyzed data using SPSS, interpreted findings, identified trends, and generated insights and recommendations for the client. 

  • Reporting: synthesized findings into PowerPoint, data visualization, highlighted key insights for the client. 

  • Client Management: effective communication and collaboration with the client, ensured alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility through updates and email correspondence.

Research Project

June - August 2024

Kellanova, MSMRA

  • Worked closely within a team to create a research proposal, define research objectives, prepare a budget, design a questionnaire, and administer an online survey through Qualtrics. 

  • Conducted and moderated in-depth interviews and analyzed virtual shopper app behavior through Recollective, identified key patterns in navigation, search terms, and ad engagement. 

  • Provided actionable insights and recommendations that guided the client in refining messaging and identifying optimal ad placements, leading to more targeted marketing strategies across top-performing retailers.
